Do you have a size guide?
For a perfect fit, please refer to our size guide or Size Assistant. To measure, take a t-shirt that fits you well, lay it flat, and measure from armpit to armpit.
How long will my printed garments last?
With the latest in print technology and proper care, your garments can last for years. Refer to our care instructions for detailed guidance.
Why can't I find an item that was advertised?
Our popular items often sell out quickly! Keep an eye on our back in stock and exclusive drops for updates.
Do you offer AfterPay?
AfterPay is available for customers in Australia, New Zealand, and the US. Please ensure you are eligible for an AfterPay account before using this payment method. For issues with AfterPay, please contact AfterPay directly.
What should I do if I have received a faulty or incorrect item?
We strive to deliver our items in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, faulty or misprint item, please contact us immediately and submit your return with 2-3 photos through our Return Portal here and our team will be in touch.
Can I change my billing address?
Once an order is placed, we cannot change the billing address. However, if your shipping address is correct, you will receive your order without any issues. If you need further assistance, please contact us.
Can I change my order address?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot alter any details, including the delivery option, address, or payment method. Our warehouse processes orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch, which means changes can't be made after confirmation
I didn’t receive an order confirmation?
Please check your spam folder first; if it’s not there, it’s possible we have an incorrect email address. Please contact us at hello@shonensociety.com with the full name the order was placed under, and we will resolve it quickly.
What if my order is returned to the sender?
You can directly contact the shipping company with your tracking number for more information on why your order was returned to us. Once we receive the package, a store credit or refund will automatically be processed for the items in the order.
Refunds & Returns
What is your return policy?
Domestic and international returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unworn, unstained, have original tags attached, and are returned in the original polybag.
Return requests and items received after this period will not be accepted.
If you opted for Free Returns at checkout, we will cover the return postage fee. If you didn't select this option, you're responsible for covering the return postage fee.
What are your conditions for returns?
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. For your security, we recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Shonen Society is not liable for any loss or damage to returned items. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined, and the customer will be notified.

Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. To get a new item, please return your original purchase for a refund and then place a new order. Submit your return through our Return Portal here.
Afterpay returns
Please submit your return request through our Returns Portal here. For orders placed using Afterpay, refunds processed by us will appear in your Afterpay account. Any refunds due will be credited back to the card used for the original payment
I missed a discount code
Please note that we cannot apply discounts or adjust the pricing on completed orders if a discount code was available but not applied at the time of purchase. To take advantage of promotional pricing, ensure all discount codes are applied during checkout. We regret that we cannot offer refunds or credits for forgotten discount codes after the purchase has been finalised.
I opted for free returns via checkout
If you selected 'Free Returns' at checkout, we will cover the return postage fee and send you a return label once your return request is lodged. If you did not choose this option, you are responsible for covering the return postage costs.
When will I received my refund?
Once you've returned your items, expect your refund within 7 business days after they arrive at our warehouse. For international orders, please allow up to 14 days for your package to reach us, followed by an additional 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched within the next 2-3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via the email provided at checkout.
What if my country isn't listed at checkout?
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at hello@shonensociety.com for assistance.
How do I track my order?
After your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Click the tracking number to view the real-time status of your order.
What if my parcel is lost?
If your parcel is lost by Australia Post or another courier, don't worry - we're here to help. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. If you need further assistance, reach out to us at hello@shonensociety.com.
What about customs and fees for international orders?
If you're ordering from outside Australia, you may be required to pay customs and import duties. These fees are determined by your country’s regulations and are beyond our control. Shonen Society is not liable for these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

How do I use a discount code?
Steps to use a discount code at checkout.
1. Add your items to the cart.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Enter your email address and shipping details.
4. Select a shipping method.
5. In the order summary, enter your discount code in the designated box and click "Apply.
6. Your discount will be applied to your order.

Do you offer custom designs?
While we don’t currently offer custom designs, we highly value our community’s input and love creating pieces that resonate with our fans. If there’s a design you’d love to see, let us know! We frequently develop new designs based on popular demand and would love your input.
