EU Withdrawals

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party you nominate other than the carrier, receive physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in more than one parcel, the period runs from the day you receive the final item.

To exercise this right, tell us your decision to withdraw before the period ends through our returns portal.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. We will refund using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the refund.

We only refund the cost of our standard delivery option. If you chose a faster or more expensive delivery method, the amount above our standard rate is not refundable.

Return shipping

You must send the goods back without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

If you purchased free return coverage at checkout, your return shipping is fully covered. A prepaid label is provided through the returns portal at no cost to you.

If you did not purchase free return coverage, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, as permitted under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU. You still need to lodge your withdrawal through the Return Portal. You'll have the option to manually purchase a return label or prepaid label through the portal. 

Condition of goods

Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached in the correct polybag.

Customs and duties

For EU orders, import duties and taxes are already included in your purchase (delivered duty paid), so there is nothing for you to reclaim if you withdraw.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or to items made to your specifications or clearly personalised, as set out in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
