SHIPPING

General information

  • Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones and does not include order processing time. 
  • All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 3:30pm AEST.
  • Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Orders can take up to two business days to process before being shipped.
  • As our items are all specifically to order for exclusivity and limited edition runs on our designs. Your products should arrive 7-10 days Aus wide or 10-12 days Internationally.
  • Due to circumstances out of our control some items may take up to 10 working days or 2 weeks for Australian customers and 15 working days or 3 weeks for international customers.

International Shipping

  • ALL International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority.
  • Shonen Society are not liable for any additional duties & taxes upon import. Please note, Shonen Society cannot cover the cost of duties & taxes. For more information please contact your local customs office.

  • Shonen Society will not mark your package as a "sample" or "gift" to avoid these taxes. 

  • All orders are shipped from our dispatch centre via Australia Post.

  • Once exported from Australia, parcels are transferred to your countries most reliable shipping service. For the most detailed tracking updates, please check your tracking through your countries courier website directly.

SHIPPING PROCESS; 

Our dispatch team work hard to provide you with your Shonen Society apparel as fast as possible! It may take up to 2 days for your order to process, this may be longer during sale period also. 

Shonen Society will provide a tracking number via email once your order is shipped (this can take up to 24 hours to become active).
