Orders

Are orders made on demand?

Yes, all of our tees are made on demand. Once an order is placed, our team will print, pack and ship your item(s) directly to your doorstop. From an order is placed it can take up to 7-10 business days to reach you, as it's produced on demand, depending on where you're based.

How do I know the garment will fit me?

We always recommend you can check out our size guide to ensure you pick the correct size. To get the perfect fit, ​grab a t-shirt that fits you really well and lay it flat on a table. Measuring from armpit to armpit will give you a size to compare with the size guides available on our website.

How long will my printed garments last?

We're at the forefront of print technology. If you care for the garments well, they'll last for years to come. Please refer to our care instructions.

What's the current status of my order?

You'll receive a tracking confirmation once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please note, that all orders are produced on demand so from order placement to production, shipping and delivery to your doorstep it can take up to 7-10 business days depending on where you're based. If you're based overseas it can take up to 14 business days to receive your order.

Do you offer AfterPay?

AfterPay is a buy now, pay later service offered to Australian, New Zealand and US customers. Please check you are eligible for an account before proceeding with an Afterpay payment. We are not able to assist you with any difficulties you are experiencing on Afterpay. As this is out of our control we ask you contact Afterpay directly.

Refunds & Returns

What is your return policy?

All items and garments are made specifically to order for exclusivity and limited edition runs on our designs. We do not mass produce. Unfortunately, we don't offer any returns or refunds for ordering the wrong size product. Please see the sizing guide available when selecting your garment or reach out to our team for support.

If you have received a damaged, faulty or miss printed product please contact us at hello@shonensociety.com.

Do you offer exchanges?

If you have received a faulty items, please reach out to hello@shonensociety.com. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Timeline

As our items are all specifically to order for exclusivity and limited edition runs on our designs. Your products should arrive 7-10 days Aus wide or 10-12 days Internationally.*Due to circumstances out of our control some items may take up to 10 working days or 2 weeks for Australian customers and 15 working days or 3 weeks for international customers.

How to track your order

Shipping Information: 

  • Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number from our courier via email.
  • Click on the tracking number to track the status of your order in real-time.

We ship almost everywhere. Unfortunately, due to some restrictions, there are a few countries we aren't able to reach.

Australia Post has lost my parcel

We're sorry to hear that your order has not arrived. If your parcel is lost, don’t worry we won’t leave you empty handed. We do, however, need to follow the correct protocol to figure out what has gone wrong here. For any delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. Alternatively, reach out to us at hello@shonensociety.com for assistance.


I haven’t received tracking information yet

Our dispatch team work hard to provide you with your Shonen Society apparel as fast as possible! It may take up to 2 days for your order to process, this may be longer during sale period also.You will receive a shipment confirmation once your parcel has left us.

Do you provide a Click & Collect option?

We currently don't offer a Click & Collect option.

International customs and fees

If you are purchasing outside of Australia, you may be liable to pay for customs and import duties. This is not within our control and we cannot pre-pay these taxes. Please contact your local customs office and find out if/how much these taxes may be before making your online purchase. As each country may vary on policies, we suggest checking requirements before making a purchase,

Is it safe to pay online?

Our website checkout system is powered by Shopify, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends by default to all stores powered by Shopify.
